Weeks ago I posted a complaint about your website being down during peak hours. Then, it happened again and you claimed you were changing hosts and it would not happen again, and very generously offered me a bonus for my inconvenience (which I refused.)

In that second complaint, I said that if the members' area of your site went down again during peak time for American sports gambling, you would be losing me as a customer.
